Om Glutes & Lower Body Boot Camp
Träna sätesmuskler, lår och hamstrings med övningar som bygger styrka och stabilitet i underkroppen.
Beskrivning
This bootcamp is for those who want extra focus and help sculpting their lower body and have fun training hard and working up a sweat with others!
All levels are welcome (I do recommend booking in your PT trial for some personal guidance if you’re a complete beginner).

I started training when I was 16 years old and have loved weight training ever since.
Qualified as a personal trainer in 2013, and has primarily focused on natural body building (muscle building), powerlifting (strength) and body transformations (fat loss) in myself and my clients.
Every person and every goal is unique, and the programming needs to reflect this so we can get the desired result.
