Core muscles are extremely important to prevent injuries and back pain. The stronger you are in the core
- the more you can lift
- the more stable you are
- the more control you have over your body
This bootcamp is NOT a one hour situp or plank bootcamp.
I will teach and guide you how to engage and efficiently train your muscles with varied exercises. If you want more personal training and learning experience, this is the bootcamp for you
