The most important ability to maintain throughout life is the ability to move. To get up from the floor, to not lose balance, to not have to rely on anyone as long as you can.
I have been working with elderly, making them stronger than ever, keeping them safe, injury and pain free and overall healthier. My goal is to create a nice environment to get you tired and make you smile.

As a trainer, I wish to make everyone as healthy and as pain free as possible, while making them
