Beginners Mobility Bootcamp
The most important thing to preserve throughout life, is balance and the ability to move freely. As with every training, it’s never too late to start, but the earlier you realise the value of moving, the bigger advantage you have for later in life.
This bootcamp is for people who sit or stand at the desk all day, have on-off back/knee pain. Who have injuries that just won’t heal. Who know that they should, but never stretch. If that is you, I can help making you healthier.
Once a week training, whole body stretches and making you move like you never moved before :)
