A Bootcamp to start off right.
If you decided that now is the time to get on a weight loss journey, to get in the gym and get fit, this is the bootcamp for you. Starting slow, building muscles as well as burning calories, increasing your cardio. Touching on diet and what and how much you should
Once a week Sundays at 16:00, we would both do strength, and HIIT (high intensity interval training) and have fun whilst doing it. A group environment would help you stay on the right path, holding each other accountable and enjoy it more than you would by yourself
