Great stretching exercise for glutes

Lie down on the ground.
Bend your left leg and cross it over your right leg.
Place right elbow on the outside of your left leg and rotate your hips. You should feel a stretch in hamstring and glutes.
Breathe and hold stretch for 10-20 seconds.
Back to starting position.
Repeat on the other side.
