Beskrivning
In this bootcamp the goal is to get fitter while having a lot of fun working up a sweat together in a group. All levels are welcome.

I started training when I was 16 years old and have loved weight training ever since.
Qualified as a personal trainer in 2013, and has primarily focused on natural body building (muscle building), powerlifting (strength) and body transformations (fat loss) in myself and my clients.
Every person and every goal is unique, and the programming needs to reflect this so we can get the desired result.
