This Boot Camp is for those looking to take their training and fitness to the next level. Using a combination of strength training and cardio movements designed to keep your pulse elevated, you’ll build muscle and lose body fat at the same, all while having fun in a small group setting.

As a 27 year veteran firefighter and EMT, strength training and cardiovascular fitness have always been top priority for me! Add these passions to certified nutrition coaching, and you’ve got a combination that’ll turn any client into a fitness powerhouse!!
