In this bootcamp you will be learning the basics of strength training, getting comfortable with moving your body against resistance and have FUN in the process.

I started training when I was 16 years old and have loved weight training ever since.
Qualified as a personal trainer in 2013, and has primarily focused on natural body building (muscle building), powerlifting (strength) and body transformations (fat loss) in myself and my clients.
