Om Strength Boot Camp
Fokus på basövningar som knäböj, marklyft och press. Bygg helkroppsstyrka med expertvägledning och korrekt teknik.
Beskrivning
This bootcamp is for those who’d like to master the big barbell exercises (squat, bench press and deadlift) and gradually move towards using their max strength. We’ll focus heavily on technique (set up, intention and execution), and the pace is naturally slower to make sure every no step is missed. This bootcamp is for those who want greater strength and less risk of injury!

I started training when I was 16 years old and have loved weight training ever since.
Qualified as a personal trainer in 2013, and has primarily focused on natural body building (muscle building), powerlifting (strength) and body transformations (fat loss) in myself and my clients.
Every person and every goal is unique, and the programming needs to reflect this so we can get the desired result.
