I started my fitness career as a Group Fitness Manager and progressed though the company to London North West Fitness Support Manager with Fitness First UK. In 2010 I started my own Personal Training company on Baker St and was invited to become part of the Fitness First Interntional Fitness Team. At University I studied classcial ballet and contemorpary dance at Laban Center London.
