These terms and conditions apply to membership in SATS Online, the interactive screen Rflex and/or the interactive fitness bike Ride (Rflex and Ride are hereinafter referred to separately as the "Product"), and will otherwise be applied as far as they are suitable for the purchase of the Product together with training equipment etc. (“product bundles”) and/or use of SATS Online’s services. The terms and conditions apply between the person (the "Member" or "you") named in the agreement on purchase and/or membership (the "Agreement") and SATS Online. 1.1 The product becomes the Member’s property when the equipment is delivered in accordance with the Agreement, and the purchase price has been paid. The member is given a limited right of disposal for the software and documentation included in the delivery. The rights of disposal only include the rights that are necessary for the Customer to be able to utilize the delivery as agreed.
1.2 Upon purchase of the Product your personal SATS Online profile is created. Your personal SATS Online profile is needed to use the Product. Information about this will be shared via email.
1.3 To obtain full utilization of the Product during use, a membership in SATS Online must be signed up in accordance with the conditions in Part C below. Membership can be entered into either separately, or in connection with purchase of the Product.
1.4 The Member is bound by his/her order of the Product pursuant to the Agreement.
1.5 All prices are stated in national currency and include VAT. Although SATS Online endeavours to ensure that the information on the Website is accurate and up to date at any time, errors may occur. If the Member ought to have understood that any price information or other information was incorrect, SATS Online is not bound by the order.
2.1 The Member shall pay the purchase price specified in the Agreement.
2.2 SATS has engaged a partnership with Klarna Norge AS ("Klarna") to offer purchase financing for the purchase of the Product for a period of 12, 24 or 36 months, compensated by interest. If purchase financing is chosen as payment method, a separate agreement will be entered, and the Member will receive information and the agreement document from Klarna. Klarna’s general terms and conditions and privacy statements are available here and here. 2.3 As an alternative to the general purchase financing arrangement pursuant to Clause 2.2 above, SATS Online has engaged a partnership with Resurs Bank AB (Resurs bank) to offer that the purchase price can be repaid interest-free over a period of 12, 24, 36 or 48 months. If interest-free down-payment is chosen as payment method, a separate agreement will be entered, and the Member will receive information from Resurs bank.
2.4 The purchase price is due for payment on the agreed date. The Member is responsible for ensuring that payment is made when due and must contact SATS Online if no payment documentation is received.
2.5 In the event of late payment, SATS Online may claim payment of costs and interest under the Debt Collection Act, the Act relating to Interest on Overdue Payments, etc., and other applicable legislation.

3.3 Unless a fixed delivery time has been agreed, the stated delivery time is to be considered as indicative only. SATS Online will inform the Member when the delivery time is clear.
3.4 The Member shall contribute to the necessary receipt of the delivery, as well as acknowledge receipt.

4.1 The Member shall make him/herself familiar with and comply with the instructions that at any time apply to the installation, use and maintenance of the Product. These instructions are delivered with the Product and can also be found on the Website. The Member acknowledges that failure to treat the Product in accordance with such information may cause personal injury and/or have a negative effect on the functionality and lifetime of the Product. In such cases, there will be no liability on the part of SATS Online. SATS Online is also free from any liability for damage to real estate or movables caused by the Product, and for any consequences of such damage if the damage occurs while the Product is in the Member’s possession.
4.2. The interactive exercise bike Ride consists of parts with different expected lifetimes, where some of the parts are expected to wear as part of their normal function and therefore must be expected to be replaced after a certain period of use; including but not limited to brake pads, adjusting screws, belt drive, etc. Such parts must therefore be replaced by the Member themselves at the end of their useful life, without it being considered a defect in accordance with point 6. In such cases, SATS Online can be contacted for the purchase of replacement parts.

The Member must be able to document that the right to cancel has been exercised in accordance with the legislation in force from time to time.
5.2 New customers who have not previously bought the Product are granted a trial period of 30 days. If the Member is not satisfied with the Product, the Member may terminate his/her membership and return the Product within 30 days from the day it is received. This right of return is subject to any training equipment and / or other additional equipment that the customer has purchased together with the Product as part of a sales campaign at a reduced price ("product bundles") is being returned at the same time. In addition, it is a condition that each of the Product and the referenced accessory is damage-free and is being returned in its original packaging. The right of return lapses if the Member does not provide the necessary assistance in connection with the return of the Product, with the consequence that the return cannot be completed within 14 days after the notice of termination.
5.3 In the event of return in accordance with 5.1 or 5.2, the Product will be picked up from the Member by SATS Online by further agreement with customer service.
6.1 The Member shall immediately upon receipt check that the Product is in compliance with the Agreement. If the Member wants to claim a defect, SATS Online's customer service shall be notified within reasonable time. The Member shall not himf/herself implement any measures to rectify a defect.

The Member must at all times ensure that the stated payment limit covers the invoice amount and that payments are made when due. If the Member does not want to establish an automatic payment service, or the Member's bank has not confirmed the service to SATS Online within the fourth day of the month, a paper invoice will be issued with an appurtenant invoice fee.

If the Member enjoys a special discount scheme with SATS Online and the discount scheme ceases at a time when the Member is still in the binding period, SATS Online has a unilateral right to adjust the monthly membership fee upwards to the list price.

In case of abuse, SATS Online is entitled to deactivate the Referral Code and ban the Member from future recruitment campaigns.
11.4 SATS Online may combine the Referral Code with offers to the Recruited Member. A Recruited Member is not entitled to combine any offers associated with the Referral Code with other offers from SATS Online. SATS Online is free to refuse a Recruited Member to be recruited again.
11.5 The Member's right to a Recruitment Prize is subject to the Recruited Member not previously having purchased the Product, and that the person in question makes a purchase with the Referral Code and continues to be a member after the end of any applicable trial period. The Member is entitled to earn a maximum of four Recruitment Prizes per calendar year, regardless of the number of members recruited.

The member accepts receiving automatic updates where this is the case.
14. Camera microphone and social functions
14.1 Social functions are activated as a standard unless you specifically choose to continue without social functions. This means that the Member's name and profile picture will be visible for other users of SATS Online, so that they can send you follower requests etc. If you want to use SATS Online without activating social functions, you have the option to do so. You must then turn off such functions and/or adjust the information to be shared with others in the service's settings.
14.2. To optimise your use of SATS Online, the Product's (alternatively, the mobile application’s) integrated camera and microphone must be activated. As a standard, the Member must him/herself choose to use the camera and microphone for each training session. You will receive a request in this respect.
14.3 For some functions, the camera will be activated as a standard. This applies only to functions where the Member is the only one who will be able to see him/herself (e.g. as a "victory picture" after a completed training session). You can choose when to activate the camera in the settings of the service.
15. Personal data and marketing
15.1 SATS Online will at all times treat the Member's personal data in accordance with our privacy notice. More information can be found in SATS Online's privacy notice, available here.
15.2 The Member acknowledges that SATS Online, for the duration of the membership, and up to six (6) months after termination of the membership, can send marketing material to the Member in accordance with applicable legislation, as further described in the privacy notice. The Member may administer the type of marketing material to be received in the settings of the service.
16. Termination of and amendments to the Agreement
16.1 The Member is entitled to terminate the Agreement (right to cancel) by notifying SATS Online within two (2) weeks after the conclusion of the Agreement. The Member may use the cancellation form received by email. When the right to cancel is exercised, prepaid fees will be reimbursed. The Member must be able to document that the right to cancel has been exercised in accordance with the legislation in force from time to time.
16.2 The membership may be terminated when the Member so wishes, provided that any binding period has expired. At the end of any such binding period, the membership turns into an ongoing agreement pursuant to Clause 8.4. The membership will cease when the period for which the Member has paid expires (the "Expiry Period").
16.2.1 Any downgrading of concepts, additional services and/or subscription types pursuant to clause 8.9 will take effect after the Expiry Period.
16.3 When terminating the membership, the Member shall contact customer service as indicated on the Website. SATS Online will within two (2) weeks after receipt of the notice of termination confirm in writing that the notice has been registered through e-mail or letter. The Member must be able to document that notice of termination has been given.

Upon termination of the membership, the Member will be reimbursed for any prepaid share of the membership fee.
