Beskrivning
Whether you're learning the basics or refining your Snatch and Clean & Jerk, this bootcamp is designed for all levels. Build strength, power, and confidence with expert coaching, technical progressions, weekly homework, and regular feedback. Finish the program with a fun competition-style final test over the last two sessions, where you'll put your skills to the test and celebrate your progress.

Working out has always brought me mental clarity. Through my warm and supportive personality, I hope to inspire, guide and share my knowledge with you, so that you become the best version of yourself.
