Whether you're working on your first push-up or aiming to master a Handstand and Muscle-Up, this bootcamp is for you! All levels are welcome, with structured progressions tailored to your current ability. Get expert coaching, weekly homework, and regular progression checks to build strength, improve technique, and stay accountable throughout your journey.

Working out has always brought me mental clarity. Through my warm and supportive personality, I hope to inspire, guide and share my knowledge with you, so that you become the best version of yourself.
