Om Strength Boot Camp
Fokus på basövningar som knäböj, marklyft och press. Bygg helkroppsstyrka med expertvägledning och korrekt teknik.
Beskrivning
This bootcamp is for you who want to LEARN, DRILL and MASTER your technique with the barbell - so that you can lift heavy stuff with confidence and efficiency.
This round will focus primarily on the HIP HINGE - which is the primary movement in a DEADLIFT. We will also spend time mastering CORE strength and bracing.
This bootcamp will not necessarily be a sweaty one, but if you are in the mood for learning how to lift with excellent technique - this bootcamp is for you! (All levels are welcome)

Qualified as a personal trainer in 2013, and has primarily focused on natural body building (muscle building), powerlifting (strength) and body transformations (fat loss) in myself and my clients.
