Om Baby Boot Camp
Upplägget passar för dig som är gravid, vill komma igång efter din graviditet eller vill träna tillsammans med ditt barn.
Beskrivning
This bootcamp is for new mums who want to rebuild strength, confidence, and energy in a supportive, baby-friendly environment. Each session is designed to be safe and adaptable postpartum, with a focus on functional strength, core stability, and overall wellbeing. We'll be in a group class room, so your baby is welcome to join you - whether sleeping, feeding, or cheering you on. No pressure, no rush, just consistent movement and community.

I started training when I was 16 years old and have loved weight training ever since.
Qualified as a personal trainer in 2013, and has primarily focused on natural body building (muscle building), powerlifting (strength) and body transformations (fat loss) in myself and my clients.
Every person and every goal is unique, and the programming needs to reflect this so we can get the desired result.
