Träna sätesmuskler, lår och hamstrings med övningar som bygger styrka och stabilitet i underkroppen.
Beskrivning
Leg day is most certainly more enjoyable when training with other people! In this bootcamp we will be focusing all our attention on training the lower body, while including some solid core work to improve your lifting technique. We will be using mostly free weights and body weight exercise variations.

I started training when I was 16 years old and have loved weight training ever since.
Qualified as a personal trainer in 2013, and has primarily focused on natural body building (muscle building), powerlifting (strength) and body transformations (fat loss) in myself and my clients.
Every person and every goal is unique, and the programming needs to reflect this so we can get the desired result.
