I use my experience from my degree to work with my clients starting off building a good foundation to prevent future injuries. Then I enjoy pushing my clients to lift heavy weights with the correct technique. I also try to educate my clients to train so that once our sessions are finished they are able to train on their own in the correct way with adequate programmes.
