Start by facing a box or bench of an appropriate height with your feet together.
Begin by stepping up, putting one foot on the top of the box.
Extend through the hip and knee of your front leg to stand up on the box.
Flex the other knee and hip, bringing your knee as high as you can.
Find the balance for a second before you step down off the box.
Repeat on the opposite leg.
