Cable Flyes
Cable flyes are an efficient exercise to strenghten your chest muscles and building strenght in your upper body.
Så gör du Cable Flyes
- Adjust the resistance by moving the pin to wanted weight. 
- Grab the cable with one hand on each handle. 
- Tighten your core and push your hands forward in front of your chest. You should feel quite heavy resistance. 
- Move back into starting position in a controlled movement. 
- Repeat
