I'm someone who enjoys variety. When I train both personally and professionally, I like to stick to the same basics, whilst adding extra fun bits on top. At the end of the day, any sort of development comes from pushing yourself, so it's nice to push in a variety of ways. I want to push you and get you to grow, developing an affinity with your own body and carrying that with you forever.
